Do you ever want to send an email to all those who attended an event - whether it's a small Life Group class or a very large conference? Maybe you want to thank them for coming. Or maybe send them the notes from the class.

Whatever the reason, sometimes you just need a real quick way to communicate with just those who attended (both Members of the class as well as Visitors).but not necessarily everyone enrolled in the class.

We've made that just a little easier for you. Take a look at a meeting page now and you will notice a new link: Convert to Query .

Clicking that link will take you to Query Builder with the query pre-built for you, with the only condition being the meeting ID. All you have to do is click Run and you will have a list of everyone who attended that meeting.

Now what could be simpler?
