For those of you using our BVCMS checkin software, you need to read this post. There is an updated version of the checkin software that was published yesterday 10/11/11 . Please install this in place of your existing software on all of your computers that are used for checkin. Remember to uninstall your existing version first.

There are a couple of things I want to mention about this update. Even if you installed updated software after our checkin webinar on 9/22/11 (and have the version with the new Menu), you need to install this new version. This version fixes a bug that was preventing the room numbers from displaying on the 1-inch labels.

Another addition in this version is the ability to print labels for an Inactive member and also have the security tag print with them. This will not be an issue for most of you, but I did want to mention it.

Download checkin software here. Select the version dated 10/11/11.
