'Do the simplest thing that could possibly work' and 'You aren't going to need it' - YAGNI - are two principles we at BVCMS apply to our programming. Following these principles allows us to provide new features more frequently than most software developers. I mention that in order for you to better understand our solution for a recent need here at Bellevue. It is a new feature that many of you will want to use.

Wednesday nights are HUGE for our children! Tons of them register online each semester for our music or discipleship classes. The parents of our older elementary children are given an option of either allowing their children to leave the class on their own or requiring them to be picked up by a parent. Therefore, we needed a way to  capture that information and to  display it readily to the teacher, preferably on the rollsheet. Oh, and we needed this  immediately , as the new semester starts this week!
