Can I Email on Behalf of a Minister or another Staff Member?

I'm glad you asked. The answer is a resounding "yes"!  Any user can be given the ability to email ' on behalf of ' any other user. Your BVCMS Admin can give you those rights based on your church's policies.

Why would you need to do this? If you are signing another person's name in the body of the email, you should probably take advantage of this feature. Your recipients will see that the email is coming from that person instead of coming from you.

I have to say that many ministers send their own emails through BVCMS. However, there are times when an email needs to be proofed and rewritten (not just written on the fly) or when the minister is traveling and away from his computer. In those cases, it might require getting an administrative assistant involved. When that happens, it is nice to have the email come from the minister, even though someone else is actually sending it for him.
