If you have Organizations that are divided into Small Groups , you know that you can use the Filter button on the Members Tab to find just those Organization members who are in a specific Small Group. Well, now you have more options .

When you click Filter, notice the dialog box has two radio buttons: Match Any (to find those who are in any of the groups you select) and Match All (to find those who are in all of the groups you select).
