Do you ever have transactional emails (confirmations) returned for a person who has registered online for an event but who has an incorrect email address or is on the blocked list? Previously, there was really no way to resend the actual transactional email that we send as their confirmation.
Now you can resend that email. After you correct their email address or remove them from the blocked email list, go to the details page for that email and click Resend . Simple!
By the way, to find the email, just go to the person's record,click Emails>Transactional . Then click on the Subject of the email to get to the Details . That's where you'll find the Resend button.
