We have just added a new setting on the basic tab of a person's record - Do Not Publish Phones . The box can be checked if the person does not want their phone numbers published in any of the Directories that are part of BVCMS.

This does not prevent the phone numbers from displaying any other place in the system or in other reports or exports. The setting is specifically to keep an individual's phone numbers from displaying in directories.
