Our newest GuestsAbsents Contact Report is sort of like a Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. We combined two really good things (the Contact Report and the Guests/Absents Report ) into one even better thing! I'm not saying that it's delicious, but it will certainly help you do ministry better.

The request was to make the Contact report available for a  specific meeting and to have it include the  visitors to that meeting as well as the  absent members . So, that is exactly what this report does.

You can access this report from the blue Toolbar on the Meeting page. It is under the cloud icon > Reports > Guests Absentees Contact Report. The really cool thing about this report is that you see all the recent Contacts that have been made for those individuals. This is so helpful if you are going to give them a call or send an email. You will know what has already been done in terms of in-reach (for your class members) and out-reach (for your visitors), because those comments from the Contacts are right there on the report.
