This new report named Active Structure will display a list of every Program with its Divisions and its Organizations. The Programs, Divisions and the Organizations are actually links. If you click the Program name, you will be taken to the Organization Search page, filtered by that Program. The same is true if you click a Division. Clicking an Organization name will take you directly to the Organization.

This is report allows you to scroll down and look at all your active organizations on one long page. There is also the same report for your Inactive Structure.

This is very useful for new BVCMS churches to help evaluate their organizational structure. However, it is also really helpful for every church in helping you clean up your active organizations.

I suppose you need to know where to access this! Go to Organization Search-Exports/Reports and select either Active Structure or InActive Structure .
