We just added a new option on the Totals by Fund Report. It is a drop down that allows you to separate your Online giving from the regular giving.

Select Both in the drop down and the report will run just as it always has. However, if you need to report the online giving separately in your general ledger, you will run this once with Online selected; then run it again with Not Online selected.
