This is a reminder of a couple of features that you might find useful during your Vacation Bible School. We created both of these last year on our first day of VBS, to address a couple of issues that arose.

The first is the ability to suspend checkin . That is, to make a class not display for visitors, because it is already full. Click HERE to read about the Suspend Checkin setting for an Organization.

The next feature is a shortcut for enrolling all the visitors for a given meeting. After the guests have been added to the Meeting, hold down the Shift key and press Add Guests . You will see a popup asking if you want to enroll all the guests as members. How easy is that!
