We recently added the option to select a Schedule to a couple of existing Search Builder Conditions . The Conditions are Attendance Count History and Recent Attendance Count for Schedule/AttendCredit .
Both of these Conditions are helpful for Organizations with multiple Schedules. Take, for example, our Adult Choir which has the following three Schedules:
Using these additions to those Search Builder Conditions, we can more easily evaluate who is regularly attending which rehearsal. Or, by combining a couple of Conditions, we can see if the Sunday morning choir attendance is impacted during months when we do not have a Sunday afternoon rehearsal.
The Attendance Count History Condition can also be helpful when used within a Program that has Organizations that meet at different times, even though the Organizations themselves each have a single Schedule. For example: if your church has Life Groups (Program) that meet at different hours, you can evaluate the attendance at each hour over a date range.
Tip to remember: when you see a Condition with ' recent ' in the name, you will look back a number of days ; when you see ' history ', you will select a date range .
