We have just added the ability for you to share email drafts in BVCMS This works using a special tag called SharedDrafts. Once you create this tag, just add those users to the tag who you want to have access to your saved drafts.

Shared drafts allow users to collaborate on the email. This will be especially helpful when creating newsletters for which multiple people should have input. Unless a draft is shared, it will be private to the person who created it.

If you use drafts, you will also notice that we are now displaying drafts in sections: My Saved Drafts ; Saved Drafts by Others. This makes finding your draft a bit easier.
