We are currently working with the US Postal Service to get to the root of the problems we noticed this morning relating to verifying addresses in BVCMS .

Until we get the problem resolved, if you are inputting a new address, when you click Submit, it should retain what you have entered exactly as you entered it, but it will not validate the zip+4, nor will it change the formatting of the address. The same is true if you are changing anything related to an address. It will retain your changes exactly as you enter them and will not validate the address.

Also, anyone registering online who is creating a new profile will not have their address validated. The system will accept the address as they enter it and will not add the zip +4. So, once we get this resolved, you will want to look at the addresses for any new records that are created today.
