This sponsored feature was promised last summer and we have just now been able to implement it. We have added a new setting relating to joint contribution statements.   The default for couples that receive joint statements is this: Mr. and Mrs. John Smith. Churches that prefer to have the names of both the husband and the wife on the joint statement, can use this new setting to have them display like this:  John Smith and Mary Smith ; or Frank Jones and Janet Williams-Jones .

If you want to use this new format for the names on joint contribution statements, your BVCMS database administrator can add the following setting ID: NoTitlesOnStatements and make the setting  true.   If you do nothing, the joint statements will continue to use the default setting and will have Mr. and Mrs. on the statement.
