We have had a few reports and have finally been able to verify that the header in the new user interface is not displaying correctly for those using IE 9 as their bitemser. The header is almost invisible until you hover over it. This display problem seems to be limited to just that version of Internet Explorer. It took us a while to verify this, because we did not have a machine still using that older version.

Here is what users are seeing when using IE 9:

We are going to work to make our new UI compatible with this version, but it may take a while. However, you may want to go ahead and upgrade to a newer version of IE - either version 10 or 11. Those work just fine with our new UI.
