Easy Way to Create Meetings for Multiple Organizations

For most organizations that track attendance, you do not need to manually create meetings. The meetings are created based on other factors. For example, if the organization has a schedule and you want to use checkin, the meeting will display in checkin based on the schedule . Also, if you are printing rollsheets, the meeting is created when you scan the meeting bar code to record attendance .

However, there are times when you need to  create a meeting for several organizations that meet on the same date and time and do not fall into either category mentioned above .

Until now, the only way to create an ad hoc meeting was to go to each organization and create the meeting there - one organization at a time. That can get rather tedious if you have a lot of organizations. With this new feature, you can now create a meeting for each of the multiple organizations at the same time !
