BVCMS now has a feature that will allow each church to control which Finance users receive the notifications that are sent when someone's online giving fails. Currently, those notices are sent to every user with the Finance role in your church database.

We just added a new setting to every database for churches using online giving. Your BVCMS Admin can change that setting from true to false if you want those notices sent just to those listed as the Online Notify Person/s on the Recurring Giving organization.

You may be interested in taking advantage of the new feature if your church has users that have Finance role just so they can run contribution reports or oversee contributions. You may have just one or two users who are responsible for communicating with the donors, so they are probably the only Finance users that need to receive these notices.
