This feature uses the scanning hardware that your bank recommends or sells. TouchPoint just makes it easy for you to import the file you get online after making your deposits. If you have not used this feature, you will need to contact us and send us a sample file from your bank so we can make sure our import knows what format to expect. After that, you will be good to.
