New 'Drop Org Members' Option for Admins
At the end of an event such as Vacation Bible School, our church will have multiple organizations with members that need to be dropped and the organizations made Inactive until next year. Previously, this could only be done by going to each organization, dropping those members, making the org Inactive and then moving on to the next one....rinse, repeat.
We have added a feature to make this easier for you. You can now go to Organizations > Search / Manage, filter for those organizations and use an option from the toolbar to drop the members and make all the orgs Inactive all in one fell swoop!
That sounds too easy, so there must be a catch, right? Well, there is - sort of. That process cannot be undone. That's why this is a feature for Admins only .
