This new condition is designed for those times you want to find  children plus  their parents (which would be the Primary Adults in the family). Perhaps you want to create name-tags, or run certain reports that include children and their parents.  You can run a search for the children / students, then add this new Condition so that the results are both the children / students and both Primary Adults in the family.
