Why a new report? The purpose of this report is to assist you when reconciling your bank statement. You can enter a date range and get a report that gives you a total for each day's deposits. These should match what you see on your bank statement.These are the contribution deposits that were not made via online giving.

Each date on the report is also a link allowing you to drill down to the Deposit Report for that date. The Deposit Report lists all the bundles with that date as the deposit date.

So, basically, this Deposits Totals report keeps you from having to run the Deposit Reports for every day of the month, or keep up with them if you printed them each day you made deposits. We've summed them up into one nice report for you.
