TouchPoint Volunteer Calendar management has three emails that use default text. That means you do not have to create them. However, some of you have asked if you can customize those. Yes, you can!
There is a caveat. You must use the specific email replacement codes needed for certain bits of information. These are included in the help article.
Once these emails have been sent for the first time (this should happen when you test - you do test everything, don't you?) they will display in Administration > Special Content > HTML Content where your Admin user can make whatever changes you want.
These emails are used for all of your Volunteer Calendars, so remember that when editing them. We use the replacement code {org} so the recipient knows from which volunteer calendar he is receiving the email .
