Tip: Email from a Ministry not an Individual

Here is a great tip for sending email newsletters or other informational emails for a specific ministry.
Create a people record for each of your ministries and have your IT Dept. set up email addresses that match the ministry name.
For example: Youth Ministry - YouthMinistry@YourChurch.com
After those records are created, have your System Admin assign each of them a user account and then designate one or more staff members to email on behalf of that ministry.
This method of emailing via TouchPoint has a number of benefits.
