Customizable Word Directories and the Return of the Jedi
Ok, just kidding about the Jedi. We actually returned the Picture Directory 4/page.
You will find it under the cloud icon in the Directories section. This is the older directory that we replaced when we redid the directories recently. However, when we found out that some of you really loved that directory, we put it back..and it's even better. Keep reading to find out about the improvement as it affects other directories as well.
Recently, we updated our directories (see this blog post ), then we added a new family picture directory (see this post ). Now, you have more options! These directories were rewritten so that we now have Word templates that you can use and add to your database as a Custom Report after making any customizations you would like.
These are not SQL or Python recipes. They are actually Word templates and function as Custom Reports . We currently have 3 different directory templates:
- 24 per page picture directory
- 4 per page picture directory
- 24 per page family picture directory
