As this weekend’s scheduled outage approaches, I want to make sure you know how to receive status updates. Before and after the outage, you can find information in your TouchPoint database. Look for the red notification bell icon in the top menu, just left of the Help menu.
The notification icon will be displayed whenever there is a status message available to view. Click on the bell icon to see the notification.
