Email Templates for Online Giving

We have released email templates for use with the soon-to-be-released Giving Pages. They can be found in Special Content on the Email Templates tab. The four new templates are:
- One Time Giving - the confirmation email sent to donors when a one-time online gift is made
- Pledge Setup - the confirmation email sent to donors when they set up a pledge
- Recurring Giving Setup - the confirmation email sent to donors when they set up scheduled gifts
- Recurring Gift Cancelled - the confirmation email sent to donors when they cancel a scheduled gift
In addition to the pertinent information about the giving event being confirmed, all four templates include helpful links to increase donor engagement. In preparation for using the new Giving Pages, you will need to customize these templates or create your own using the same replacement fields.
