Beta Migration Service for Sermons

As you know by now, TouchPoint Sites allow you to pull in information (like sermons) directly from your TouchPoint instance and render it directly onto your website. Seeing that you probably have a lot of archived sermons, Solertiae is launching a beta migration service to help you streamline this process.


Just as a reminder, TouchPoint will not be hosting your sermons, but rather, extending it’s functionality to allow you to configure and categorize your sermons in such a way that they’ll be able to integrate well with your Resource Widget on the front end.   


The overall cost for this sermon migration is $750 - $1200, depending on the number of sermons you’d like to migrate. This will be a huge timesaver, as processing sermons one by one can be very tedious. 


Essentially, this will be a 3 step process:

Step 1: Configure The Sermon Metadata

This technical undertaking will be  handled by Solertiae during the discovery phase to review and reconfigure your sermon metadata and ensure it’s compatibility with TouchPoint’s database. 

Step 2: Import Sermons

to TouchPoint

With your data properly configured, TouchPoint Support will process the import file we create in Step 1. Please note that you will need to configure a storage location in Settings and migrate all your media assets there before the import is completed.

Step 3: Render Sermons onto your TouchPoint Site

Solertiae, will establish the TouchPoint to Website integration and teach you how to use the Resource Widget. This will allow you to render and filter your sermons for any section of your website.

Migrating your sermons will be completed within 30 days. This service does require a TouchPoint Sites subscription, so if you do not currently have a TouchPoint Site, click here to learn more.
