  • Who Should Attend?

    This Summit will have tracks with information suitable for the Executive Pastor, Database Admins, CFO/Finance Team, Developers, Ministry Front Lines (children’s/missions/small groups/congregational care), Communications Teams, and those who are New To TouchPoint.

  • Tell me more about this shuttle service!

    The shuttles will provide transportation service between the churches, Element Hotel, and evening activities. The first shuttle service will run Wednesday afternoon from the church to the Welcome Dinner and then to the hotel. The shuttles will do a pickup Thursday and Friday morning and transport guests to the church for the day's sessions. The shuttles will return to the hotel on Wednesday and Thursday after sessions conclude. Shuttles will provide transportation to/from evening dinner activities. The shuttles will also provide transportation to the airport Friday afternoon. There is no additional cost for taking advantage of the shuttle service. Shuttles will depart at specified times (times will be announced as the agenda unfolds). Important note: there is limited seating on the shuttles. Please select the shuttle options you will need at the time of registering. 

  • What does the base ticket price include?

    The base ticket price includes Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday sessions, all meals at the churches, Thursday evening BBQ dinner, and transportation as specified in the "Tell me more about this shuttle service" question above. 

  • When do I need to arrive?

    Our sessions begin Wednesday morning. Check-In is at 11am CST, so you may choose to arrive that morning if you would like to save on hotel costs from the night before. 

  • What is the dress code?

    People in the past have worn a range from business casual to smart casual clothing. Blue jeans are appropriate–whatever will make you feel comfortable and ready to engage.


    All after-hours events are also casual, so whatever you plan for the day will be suitable for evening activities. Please keep in mind that some evening activities will be outdoors. 

  • What do I need to know about food?

    Each morning, we will provide coffee, juice, pastries, and fruit at the churches. We will also provide lunch all three days and afternoon snacks on Wednesday and Thursday. Our Wednesday Welcome Dinner will be held at the end of the first day. Thursday evening's BBQ Dinner is hosted by our friends at Hill Country Bible Church. 

  • Is it possible to pay separately for the a la carte options?

    Yes. We are able to accommodate for separate payment options if you need to pay for the evening activities using a different credit card. Please email summit@touchpointsoftware.com for more information.

  • Where should my team and I stay?

    We have a Summit Courtesy Rate with Element Austin at The Domain. We will have complimentary shuttle service to/from the hotel daily.

  • Will there be a place to store our luggage?

    Yes! If you decide to come directly to HCBC from the airport, we will have a room reserved for luggage. We will also have a space reserved for luggage on Friday as well.

  • I'm trying to register, but TouchPoint doesn't recognize my username and password. Help!

    While Summit registrations are occurring inside of TouchPoint, the Summit database is not tied to any other church’s database. It will not recognize your login credentials (unless you registered last year), and you will need to create an account if you would like to have one inside of the Summit database.

  • 2022 Cancellation Policy

    If you are unable to attend TouchPoint Summit, please notify a TouchPoint Summit team member ASAP. Keep in mind that all registrants who cancel have the option to transfer their registration to another member of their church to attend in their place. If you would like to proceed with this option, please let the TouchPoint Summit team know who you are sending in your place and please coordinate with your hotel accommodation.


    If TouchPoint receives a cancelation before 30 days of Summit (before August 16, 2022) he/she will be eligible for a full refund*.


    If TouchPoint receives a cancelation within 30 days of Summit (on/after August 16, 2022) he/she will be eligible for a partial refund*, resulting in a $50 fee.


    If TouchPoint receives a cancelation within 14 days of Summit (after August 31, 2022) he/she will be eligible for a partial refund*, resulting in a $75 fee as well as covering all costs related to group activities.


    *Please cancel hotel reservations with your hotel directly.

Accommodations

We have two Summit Courtesy Rates located near The Domain in Austin. We will have complimentary shuttle service to/from The Element, but those staying at Hilton Garden Inn will be able to use the shuttles as both of these hotels are within walking distance of one another.

 

The Element Hotel at the Domain has King Suites for the rate of $199/night*. This hotel only offers group rate bookings via the online link, so please reserve by clicking the link provided below. If you are having trouble, please reach out to Katie Wilson before calling the hotel.
