Yes, this is another new feature we put into Online Registrations recently. We had already given you a way to make a header for a group of checkboxes. Now, with the  new Header and Instruction features you can create Headers or Instructions that can be moved around on your registration page and placed anywhere you want them. Also, these are indented and the text is different in order for them to be noticed better.

In the sample below, the text I have circled in blue is an Instruction. The one I've circled in red, is a Header. You can add as many of these as you need.
