Many of you print the Roster report for your classes each week. One of the main reasons for printing this report is to have the allergy/medical information available for each child in the class.

We just added a bit more to this report in order to enhance the functionality in the classroom. Now, the first names of the parents and their cell phone numbers are displayed under the Contact Info column . This adds 2-3 more lines for each child, but it well worth the space.

If there is an emergency and you need to get in touch with the parents very quickly, you have the information you need at your fingertips.
