A feature we added several months ago was the Online Directory. Organizations can be flagged to allow for one of two types of Online Directories : Member Directory or Family Directory. We have just made it easier for My Data Users (these are members of the organization that have a user account, but no roles) to access the directory for their class.

When a My Data User logs on to BVCMS, they are on their profile page . To access their class directory, all they do is click the Enrollment tab and then click on the name of the Organization . How simple is that?
