Opened Emails - New Search Builder Condition
The Email Details
page for a sent email gives you all sorts of helpful information regarding tracking your emails
, especially if you are using the email replacement codes {track} and/or {tracklinks}. For example, you can see how many have opened your email, and how many have clicked on any links you included.
Along these same lines, we have added a new Condition in Search Builder named Opened Emails . If you are using the {track} code in your email (along with an image), you can use this Condition to find not only those that opened your email, but also those who did not.
This will be useful to find those who receive your emailed newsletter, but never open it. You could them remove them from your list.
