App Attendance for Committed Attendees
If you love taking attendance using the TouchPoint Mobile App
and you use the Volunteer Calendar
and/or send RSVP and Regrets Links
for events, you will love this new Ad Hoc Extra Value
(EV) that you can add to your organization. By adding this EV to the org, the roll list on the App will display only those individuals who have an attendance commitment of Committed
, or who are a Substitute.
This makes taking attendance a breeze for these types of meetings. You will not see those who are not expected to attend, only those who are actually committed for that time slot or meeting.
