We have a new email replacement code that is named ChurchPhone . As with all of these types of codes, you use it in an email from TouchPoint by putting it in curly braces, like this: {ChurchPhone} .

You can use this code in any type of email. It is really useful when you want to direct the recipient to call the church if they need assistance.

In order for this to display a phone number, you must have the Setting ChurchPhone in your database with the value being the main number for your church entered in this format: 901-555-5555

The Admin user for your church can add and/or edit the Settings in your database.

We also have an email replacement code named contactphone . This one uses the phone number in the settings of an individual organization .
