New Search for TouchPoint Documentation

You probably noticed recently that ads started appearing at the top of the page when you searched our documentation. We have fixed that now by installing a new search engine - SearchIQ - and your search will be totally ad-free! You will still get the same great search capability as you did previously, but you will notice some changes.

  • The search will include only help documentation , not the TouchPoint blog. Blog posts can easily get out of date, whereas the help documentation is kept as up-to-date as possible. You will not run the risk of the search finding an old blog post and wasting your time with information that it out-dated.
  • Search now has a Quick Search box . After you either click the button for the Documentation Website or you make an initial search, the Quick Search text box will appear. Also, as long as you are inside the documentation Quick Search will display in the top right corner, saving the effort of returning to a previous tab in order to search again.
  • When you click ?Help inside your TouchPoint database, the Search page will open first. Then you can enter a keyword and search. At that point, the results will open in a nother new tab .
  • To submit a Support Request, just click that first bitemser tab that opened, select contact Support and submit an email as you have always done.
