This SQL recipe will result in a report that will display everyone in the database that has either made a donation or attended something in the past 365 days . The report will list the date of the last gift/donation and the last attended date . There is also a count for the number of attendances for each person during those 365 days. Because this is an on-screen report, the People ID# is a link to the person's record.

If you have a very large church, this might not be very useful as you will have many thousands of records. However, for most churches, this will be a useful look at your attendees and donors for the past year. The report is restricted to just users with Finance role.
