If you direct your donors to a giving site external to TouchPoint, now you can configure the links on their Giving tab to point to that site. You can control the URL for those links through a couple of administration settings—one for recurring giving and the other for one-time gifts.

With help from your giving service, these links can be customized so that donors who use the links are automatically authenticated on the giving site! If your giving service is interested in enabling this feature, direct them to our help article on Token Authentication. While you have their attention, mention to them that contributions made on their site can be transferred to your TouchPoint database using the API calls specified in our Push Post API article.
