Registration Details Changes

We have improved registration details in confirmation emails for increased clarity. The changes are designed to make it easier for registrants to understand the total fee, how much was charged at the time of the registration, and the balance still due. If a coupon was used, the amount applied will also be plainly displayed. Changes include:
- The payment summary has been moved in the confirmation email from the top of the {details} section to the bottom of that section.
- The items in the summary have been reoriented from a horizontal layout to a vertical.
- The information shown is now Total Fee , Coupon Applied , Amount Charged , and Balance Due .
