Updates to the Check-in Dashboard & Classroom Dashboard
Links to the Classroom Dashboard from the Check-In Dashboard are available again. You will notice a couple of updates:
- There is now a column for “Checked Out” which will be used in conjunction with Check-Out (more details coming soon).
- You can now update the meeting location on the fly directly from the Check-in Dashboard.
The Classroom Dashboard received a total makeover, so it looks and functions better on mobile (which has been included in the mobile app for leaders in our latest app release). Leaders can reset the highlight per person by clicking on an individual and marking them as present. You also have the ability to add an optional note that will display on the dashboard for the day.
After a person is marked present, you can click on them to view more details. This page includes photos of the person’s parents as well as a link to message them. If someone has designated “Authorized Check-Out” people or an Emergency Contact, they will be listed here as well.
